  • Former Student Flying High!

    Wed 07 Dec 2022 KB / CC-S

We were delighted to receive a lovely note from former student Connor McLaughlin earlier this week..

    "Hi! I hope you're well ..

Thought I'd let you know I graduated with a second in performing arts today. A momentous achievement but worthwhile after a long and bumpy road.

I feel like I wouldn't be in this position if it wasn't for Mrs Cooper-Shone, Miss Vicars and Ms McLean back in the early days. So thank you for making this happen and believing in me since day one!

On another note, I'm now an SEN Teaching Assistant in Ridgeway High school. I was supposed to be a temp until Christmas but they want me full-time once my agency contract expires early next year."

We are so proud of you, Connor and all our former students. You are a true role-model!

  • The season is no boundary to our improving Cricketers

Thu 01 Dec 2022 Paul Kearney

Plenty of our pupils braved the cold to continue to train outdoors for cricket today. Here are some action shots. You can see, just from the photos, how these players are improving on a month to month basis. Added to that, it is always a thoroughly enjoyable and inclusive atmosphere. Proud of them all
