Teacher Across the Curriculum

(Creativity & Innovation Focus)

Due to our increased student numbers on roll from September 2025 we are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, dynamic and enthusiastic teacher to join our team and work across a range of subjects, bringing energy, imagination, and innovation to our curriculum.

This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher with a flair for practical and expressive learning to make a real impact across multiple year groups. You will design and deliver engaging lessons that encourage problem-solving, exploration, and independent thinking. Whether you’re guiding students through collaborative projects or supporting them to develop new skills, your teaching will ignite curiosity and confidence.

For this role we’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for creativity, design, and practical learning.

  • Can adapt to teaching across a variety of subjects and key stages.

  • Brings fresh ideas and a collaborative spirit to the wider school community.

  • Is committed to inclusive, inspiring, and skills-rich learning experiences.

This role would suit both an Early Careers Teacher or a teacher with experience, who is passionate, enthusiastic and  wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Teacher of IT

Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable IT teacher who wants to make a real difference? We are seeking a committed and skilled practitioner to join our outstanding special school, delivering engaging and accessible IT lessons to students working towards GCSE qualifications.

Our students have a range of additional needs, and we pride ourselves on offering a nurturing, structured, and aspirational learning environment. You’ll play a vital role in helping young people develop essential digital skills, confidence, and independence—equipping them for life beyond the classroom.

The successful candidate will:

  • Plan and deliver creative, differentiated IT lessons up to GCSE level.

  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners.

  • Work as part of a highly supportive and collaborative team.

  • Foster a calm, positive, and encouraging classroom environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience or interest in working within a special school or with SEND learners.

  • Is confident in delivering IT curriculum content up to GCSE standard.

  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Believes in every student’s potential and is committed to inclusive education.

This role would suit both an Early Careers Teacher or a teacher with experience, who is passionate, enthusiastic and  wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team in a setting where your creativity, compassion, and subject knowledge will truly make an impact.
