Primary Outreach Programme

Clare Mount Specialist Sports College supports a number of local primary schools to deliver the best possible physical education, school sport and physical activity outcomes for their pupils. Currently, specialist staff from Clare Mount support the following schools on a weekly basis:

• Orret's Meadow School
• Dawpool CE Primary School
• Holy Spirit Catholic and C of E Primary School
• Leasowe Primary School
• Bidston Avenue Primary School

In addition to specialist teaching and staff development offered to each school, a range of events are staged throughout the year, in partnership with the School Games Programme to enrich the sport offer for each school. These events include 'Fit Fun Fests' designed to engage youngsters of all ages in new sports and activities and promote a lifelong love of sport and physical activity.
