Year 10 Visit The Battlefields!

Last week some of our year 10 pupils had an amazing opportunity to visit the WW1 Battlefields of France and Belgium. This tour visited many interesting locations, including; Thiepval Memorial, the Passchendaele Museum, the Somme, the Menin Gate, Newfoundland Park, an Animal Memorial, Lochnagar Crater, Ulster Memorial Tower, the Flanders Museum, Ypres and the Tyne Cot Memorial. All pupils and staff loved this experience and we hope the memories they made last a lifetime.
