Role Models and Catalysts for Change

Tomorrows Women visit Clare Mount as part of our new Wednesday HOST session

Wirral charity, Tomorrows Women, visited Clare Mount to give a talk about thier organisation to some of our parents and carers. The session was the first of our new HOST sessions. The idea behind these sessions is to provide a place for local charities and organisations to give information to parents and carers on how they might be able to give help and advice on a wide range of needs. These sessions will take place on various Wednesdays throughout the school year, flyers will be sent out to advertise the dates.

Tomorrow's Women Wirral (TWW) was launched in September 2011. Due to the success of the project we moved into our own independent accommodation in April 2012 and became a charity in September 2012.

TWW is a project designed to benefit all women aged 18+ in the community and is committed to reducing female imprisonment, offending, and to provide assistance to those women who want to make positive lifestyle changes.

The next HOST session will be on Wednesday 16th October from 11am until 12pm. CARITAS will be joining us for this session. CARITAS is an organisation that offer support to families and children.
