Role Models and Catalysts for Change

The Learning Foundry Launch New Traineeship In Partnership With Liverpool FC Foundation

The Learning Foundry, based in Liverpool have launched an exciting new qualification for young people aged 16-18. The programme, called 'Liverpool Future Communities Traineeship' is an 18-week free programme.

With Liverpool Future Communities, students find out how to make a difference in the community and understand the power of sport while preparing for for the world of work!

On the programme, young people develop key employability skills, looking at interview skills, CVs and more – as well as an 8 week placement with an employer.  They build a career map, looking at the world of sport and the roles available – it’s not just athletes and players, there’s training, marketing, finance and much more! Students look at key issues such as equality, the BLM movement, and work on a community project.

Some sessions are delivered by the Liverpool Football Club Foundation.

If this sounds like you: you can apply through the website: https://www.thelearningfoundry.co.uk/future-communities.

Thank you
