Receptionist practice for 6th form students

6th form students were developing their confidence when using a telephone and taking a message. We set up a mock Doctors surgery and pupils had to ring the receptionist and ask to make an appointment. They had to check the spellings of people's names and give their date of birth. They all did a great job.
