GCSE PE students have been taking on an exciting and challenging new activity as part of their practical assessment – indoor rock climbing at Awesome Walls in Liverpool. Housed in a beautifully renovated former church, the centre offers a unique and inspiring setting for students to test their physical and mental limits.

Throughout the sessions, students have faced their fears head-on, showing remarkable determination and resilience. Each week has brought noticeable progress, with many
climbing routes that once seemed impossible now well within reach.

Their hard work and commitment have been outstanding, with every student pushing themselves to achieve the best possible practical grade. Most importantly, they are thoroughly enjoying the experience and gaining skills that go far beyond the climbing wall.
