On Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18^th June this year, our dance team performed at the Floral Pavilion for Clare Mount’s annual dance festival. This is our fourth year at the Floral Pavilion and the festival continues to grow bigger and better. Each year we invite schools from across Wirral to take part, as part of our School Games programme here at Clare Mount. This year saw more than 30 schools participating, with more than 300 performers in each of the four shows.

The theme this year was ‘Musicals & Movies’ and in true Clare Mount fashion, our dancers stole the show! We had the honour of opening and closing each show with our spectacular showcase, displaying the incredible talents and skills of our pupils.  A total 23 dancers took part, from year 7 to post-16. We couldn’t be prouder of their hard work, creativity, and passion. Time and again, our pupils continue to break down barriers and prove what truly extraordinary individuals they are.

A huge thank you to all the staff who support our dance group—whether through leading extracurricular dance clubs or creating so many wonderful opportunities for our pupils to perform and shine.
