Autumn Badminton Programme A Great Success
Sat 04 Dec 2021A group of 6th form students have been spending time on Friday mornings, throughout the term, at Wirral Tennis and Sports Centre. Badminton is a sport that many of our students don't get to experience at Clare Mount so this has been a real test of the group's ability to learn new skills and show self-belief and resilience. The project has been brilliant; ably led by Peter Jones; badminton coach and coordinator of activities at The Belvidere Centre in Wallasey. Friday 3rd December was presentation time. Peter gave all the students certificates in recognition of their commitment and determination to improve throughout the programme. Well done to all!!
