    (A higher band may be considered for a suitably qualified person)

    15 Hours Per Week (Ideally 12.10pm to 3.10pm Monday to Friday)

    38 Weeks Per Year (Term Time)
     

    Are you passionate about books and inspiring young people to read for pleasure? Do you want to make a real difference in a specialist setting supporting pupils with a range of needs?

    Clare Mount Specialist Sports College is looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic School Librarian to join our team from September 2026.

    What you’ll do:

    • Manage our busy school library and its stock
    • Create an inclusive, ASC-friendly environment for all pupils, including those with SEN
    • Run engaging lunch clubs and library lessons
    • Support the delivery of whole-school literacy programmes
    • Collaborate with our Literacy Coordinator and Head of English
    • Maintain library software and manage the library budget (full training provided)
