Clare Mount Specialist Sports College has a record of high standards and was again judged 'Outstanding'. The school is one of the largest special secondary schools in the UK for students with moderate learning difficulties, speech and language difficulties and Autism. Due to the continued increasing number of students placed with us this year, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and suitably qualified Teaching Assistant at Level 3 to support the Maths Department.

The successful candidates will be based within the Maths department and be skilful in working with young people. They will have an understanding of the impact of additional needs on pupils' learning. Patience, creativity, initiative and desire to learn are essential qualities for this post. The diverse role of the TA requires enthusiasm, commitment, flexibility and ambition for young people.
