As part of the Personal Development Programme, our Sixth Form has been taking part in the Young Enterprise Programme.
The students have been split into three different start-up businesses:

• A car wash business – Clare Mount Car Wash
• The 'Staff Shop'
• The 'Craft Shop'

For each business, students are given a job role and then work with their ‘colleagues’ to offer the service or manufacture the product depending on the business they are involved with.

The programme enables all students to develop skills for the workplace including:

• Planning
• Leadership
• Organistaion
• Communication
• Problem Solving
• Teamwork
