Mr Shone 'Give's an hour' to help 6th form view the world of work
This morning Mr Shone came in to Give an Hour to Sixth Form's 'Give an Hour' initiative.
Mr Shone told the sixth form about all sorts of jobs from construction labourer to using artificial intelligence to help sell cars! A bit of Star Wars thrown in and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! Mr Shone showed us tools he used in the plumbing trade and showed us lots of photos of different sites and projects from around the country. Thank you for coming in to see us!
World of Work
Off the back of our visitor this morning - we have all logged on to Kudos our new careers platform and are learning to recognise skills that we have. We are using Kudos to think about the types of jobs we may like in the future. It's great fun!
