'Ello 'ello 'ello!! The Police pay us a visit!

On Wednesday this week, our 'Safer Schools' Officer - PC Emma - and her colleagues joined us for the morning and along with their police car, van and quad bike they gave us all a fascinating insight into modern day policing!

The Safer School Partnership is a formal agreement between schools and Merseyside Police to work together in order to keep young people safe, reduce crime and the fear of crime and improve behaviour in schools and their communities

(and yes, they let us use the sirens!) 

The pupils loved the opportunity to chat to our local Police officers and have a look inside the vehicles.
