TEACHER OF SPECIAL NEEDS ACROSS THE CURRICULUM
We are seeking to appoint a skilled, enthusiastic and well-motivated teacher of Special Needs to join a team dedicated to providing specialist teaching to pupils with moderate learning difficulties, social and communication difficulties (ASC) and youngsters with increasingly more complex needs. Clare Mount Specialist Sports College is a very successful 11-19 school and was judged outstanding in its most recent Ofsted report.
The successful candidate must have previous experience of teaching pupils with special needs including Autism. The ability and qualification to deliver a range of subjects is a necessity, as would be the ability to successfully deploy teaching assistants to support the learning and behavioural needs of a small group of children.
